Longview Ranch Installs Pipe Corral Fencing

Located along Central Oregon’s historic Route 19 in Kimberly, Longview Ranch maintains 30,000 stunning acres of diverse landscape. Eight miles of the John Day River flows through the middle of the property, which operates primarily for the purpose of raising grass-fed cattle.

Throughout the years, much of the wood fencing at Longview Ranch has experienced deterioration and rot. Upon removal, the property made the conscious decision to replace the fencing with oil field reused pipe.

To-date, Longview Ranch has purchased four semi-truck loads of reclaimed piping, and one team member has taken on all of the welding. Longview Ranch’s installation of pipe corral fencing has been underway for more than three years.
